Testing an Arabic subtending mark (U+0602) in Noto Nastaliq Urdu

This page illustrates a test case for a bug in Firefox v70. The bug was fixed in v72.

The test below uses U+0602 ARABIC FOOTNOTE MARKER, but the issue can be reproduced with any of the subtending marks (U+0600..U+0604).
Ignore the incorrect rendering for the digits sequence containing ۶; it is a bug in the font itself.
